I know how to decrypt it, but I don't want to. He gave the easy answer in page two. All you need is basic linear algebra.

I did it freshman year.

You need to multiply by inverses. You will need to create the left and right inverses of the 1*10 matrix, and you will need the inverse of the 3*3 matrix. You will also need to figure out how you want to separate the signature for these operations. I highly suspect it is a block encryption.

Yeah, I ain't doing this. There's either 320 terms, or you accidentally made the left inverse of the 1*10 matrix singular. I'm not going to find the two left inverses to the 1*10 matrix. Good day.
