ORE 1.8 Server Development Progress

Build 5.6.3 has fixed 99% of these issues. (Not saying 100% yet because I have not fully tested it.)

I went ahead and tested the build. everything seems to work fine except a few things:

1. when extended pistons are stacked with no space in between, the extended part disappears
   
2. when standing and slightly turned signs are flipped, they don't actually flip, they rotate 180 degrees.
   

that's all I've found for now. I left the testing area ugly as fug so anybody can hop on and check it out, it's right next to spawn for now. I put signs on what seems to be needed labeled.
