[REVOTE PLZ] Spawning mobs on the server

Okay, so there have been a couple of requests from members that would like to have the Mob spawning feature removed from the server. We want to get everyone's opinion about this, and therefore the admin team has made this poll. Feel free to vote, and express your feelings by posting down below.

By specified mobs, im gathering you mean things like Enderdragons, Withers and things like Silverfish.
If block damage is off then that makes creepers fine, especially with a cooldown.

What you need to make sure to do is that eggs cannot spawn mobs via mechanical means (Dispencers)

No mobs can cause damage if doMobGriefing is off in the game rules

IMO the cooldown should be manditory, but the time on the cooldowns can be debated. Because currently it would be mob-spam heaven in the server (looking at the way the poll is going.)

Mob spam is not fun (Heck, I can talk after what we were doing today :I)
