Hey everyone, just heard about this server in the redstone subreddit and it sounds phenomenal! So i figured I'd apply! (:
Minecraft name: Bubba17583
What do you like the most about redstone?:
I enjoy the sheer complexity that can be reached with something so simple. In the beginning we had a wire and a power source, and just that quick, people were already throwing together adders, ALU's, and even full computers! Then with the addition of repeaters, pistons, and more recently, comparators, people were improving the size and speed of these machines.
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?:
1) Rock-Paper-Scissors: Probably one of my more average builds to be honest, but I'm still impressed with how small I got it.
2) Tic-Tac-Toe:One of my more time consuming builds. I didn't have worldedit for this one so it was built entirely by hand. It features win detection and a turn system.
3) ALU: This was my first ALU ever. It was originally part of a full computer build, but unfortunately the computer was never finished.
4) 1KB RAM: Another first for me. It was also part of the unfinished computer build.
5) Fully Autonomous Monopoly: This is a project that I never quite finished, but I'm still listing it because it is something I'd like to finish, perhaps on this server?
What does the thing do?:
Most of this was answered in the previous question :3
