Staff should be on the server fairly frequently. Chances are you will come across one in just a few hours of ingame.

I have ignored your request for trial. Due to many dozens of times asking you to stop using /msg for non sensitive chat... when you send a staff member 5 /msg in a row.. their chat is spammed with them AND social spy....
I finally agreed to trialling u, and u failed the questions... a couple days later you asked me several times... AGAIN in /msg...
