3 tick CPU

This is my 3 tick CPU. I had some help from various people on the server though.

Features:

Clock
1 Byte in registers.
a OR b logic function.

It adds to one and it has logic, so there's an alu and that can be stored in the registers.

It is 3 blocks...That's right! You heard me... 3 BLOCKS!!!! That's it!
And, most importantly, it is exactly one tick for any operation... ever.
