this adder is RCA, although it doesn't add any extra delay since the whole thing is basically 0 ticks. If you want to make an ALU out of it, I do doubt it's going to be hard. the throughput has to be 4 ticks though because of the inverter design, the repeater inside it takes 2 ticks to recieve a signal and 2 ticks for the repeater to output a signal. It truly sucks.

the thing is huge, so I will try to make it smaller, right now I am using a instant dual edge inverter seen below that is very big, it works by combining rising edge and falling edge, this is what adds the bulk of the adder

any suggestions on a smaller instant inverter?
