I enjoy redstone's ability to emulate real life contraptions. For example, since starting to learn about redstone computers, I learned a lot about how binary works and how computers are built.

I have made an ALU.

It is capable of addition, subtraction, XOR, AND, OR, NOT, and XNOR logic gates.
