Recently there's been a lot of bitching about admins being useless. A key part about being an admin/staff is being willing to put aside your work and HELP OTHER PEOPLE above all else, or you'd just become like all of the other puported "badmins". Being a good builder does not mean they'd be a good admin and should not be part of the consideration WHAT SO EVER which has been what everyone has been focusing this around.
It should be a popularity contest (kinda) with some moderation. Staff need to be trustworthy and be on quite a bit. A lot of the nominated people haven't been on a ton (in my terms, which are rather insane) from what I've seen. If you're staff and only are on for an hour every other day, you might as well not as you don't contribute.

NEW BADMINS, DON'T BE AS BAD AS THE OTHERS :3
