Staff & Mod Elections New Years 2015!!

I kinda disagree with 2nd and 3rd place ppl being able to get the staff rank.

The idea of mod is that staff would be able to promote experienced people to the staff rank. I think of the election as follows; 3 of the most suited players on the server have the chance to join the staff team, ranking those three from most to least trusted feels kinda absurd. There's quite a lot of players on the server and there's a slim chance one is exceptionally more trusted than the others. it's not only about trust either. let's be honest, nearly every member of the community and that has been so for a while can be trusted. Not all of them are very suited for a staff rank however. It still doesn't mean mod should have ssh and things like that. quite honestly, it's just a start for inexperienced players which should mean slow start and less responsibility. The 1st place getting the 1st pick, etc. is only there because there can only be one staff. It's going to be hard to pick one ignoring the votes, so might as well rank them 1st to 3rd and let them choose.
