Staff & Mod Elections New Years 2015!!

i think the 1st place can only decline, if staff agrees that the person that would take there place would be good. i could see certain ppl getting 3rd and beign OK at mod, but would be terrible (cause of their love of goofing or other stuff) at staff... and we cant have ppl goofing off in SSH.

Also if a staff steps down to Mod, IMO we should deactivate there SSH key
