Staff & Mod Elections New Years 2015!!

Or we just just split it up in 2 votes. 1 for staff, and 1 for mod.

I understand what you're trying to solve with this: the problem if someone wants to become a moderator but doesn't think he/she has what's required to become a staff.

I'd say we solve this by allowing the 1st place person step down to mod? (And for that matter any staff member who'd rather be a mod.)
