5hz in MC.

I was recently browsing the RDF fourms (don't Ask why),
And I saw a project for 3Hz and 5hz computers without
Pipelining.

So two things to ask firstly is this possible and
Secondly, can we do better because if we can I would like
To help and if possible can we do this with SAC even just 2
Hz this would put us up with them:

The 5 hz is impossible that's 5 instructions a second and that would mean a 2 tick system for the whole computer. 1 hz is possible it is one instruction a second.

Not impossible, just... terrifyingly horrible instant circuitry the likes of which I haven't seen in twenty years. I wonder if that glowstone wire update bug is still around (Faster reset time.)
On a side note, I have the theoretical concepts that would allow for a 40hz+ cpu. Enjoy the terrors of that, and enjoy thinking "LIAH!"

What kind of computer do you have? Can it handle so many pistons?
And the server? Is there any hardware capable of running a 40 hz cpu within minecraft?

I have managed to get SAC to 14 tick clock cycles so .8 Hz, want to get it to

Just make a multiple ALU computer that cycles between which ALU it uses. you could literally switch ALU's every single tick and have a very fast pipeline.
