Bits for Hexadecimal

fcf = ???

After some googling, I've found that they are called nybbles or semioctets. Both of those sound lame, so I don't know if anyone wants to make a new word for them.

I've been using the term "nibble" for a few years because its half a byte. lame humor but it works...

I called my first hex memory "NIBL-16" because of this. 16 nibbles=64 bits

I call them 'hits'.

Because for B IT, it's Binary digIT, so for Hexadecimal digIT it could be HIT. So fcf would be 3 hits. *slaps phase 3 times*
