Here I present my registers that I designed a few days ago.
My first system designed was a 2x4x13 dual read register. This system has no draw backs except the second read be a bit slower than the first read.
The second system, 2x4x12, has the same save mechanism but has a bit different system for the second read. And this is were the issue comes in for that read.
