16b input 32b output shift and add multiplier

Daddy asked for one of these and he always gets what he wants    It's on dpol in large arithmetic.

Specs:

• 16b input, 32b output
  
• 162 ticks, sequential, 10t per iteration 
  

How to use:

1. enter multiplier and press "init"
   
2. turn off multiplier inputs and enter multiplicand
   
3. press execute and wait about 16 seconds
   no need for a product register reset since a new mult will shift out the old stuff anyway, the clock on it rn takes 162 ticks to reset btw.
