This smells of highschool geometry problem. Here's a hint: What defines that angle? The 12 long line, the right angle, and specifically the circle's tangent. Investigate from there and you'll get the answer.
If you're a lazy bastard, here's a (I think fairly plain) hint: Last resort! Don't ruin the sport . :3

-Derpman's edit: The upper subsection of the 12 line is 7, not 6. Same goes for the section to the right. Does not affect the path to the solution.

Woah, high school geometry? You know for normal levels you take geometry in 8th grade. Also, why not a screen cap? I dont trust that download. And yahoo answers is the best place for help with homework. Or you know, look the answer up in a textbook and study.
