Every month, I will be hosting the Snuggles Chess Cup, where we will fight it out to see the champion of chess!

Here's how it will go:

Everyone will play everyone else, and you get points depending on:

Win by checkmate: +10
Win by opponent resignation: +10
Draw: -5 for each
Loss by resignation: -10
Loss by checkmate: -15

The top 4 people participate in the GHAST ROUND

The ghast round is pretty much a regular tournament. Winners of first game play, losers do too.

Here are some of the ranks you can earn, which will be displayed in the hall of fame. They are rated on the difference between your score and your average:

20 or less - Novice (not on hall of fame)
20 or more - Apprentice (Not on hall of fame)
50 - ORE Master (M)
60 (and win of game) - ORE Cup Master (CM)
65 - ORE Score Master (SM)
75 - (and win of game) - ORE Grand Master (GM)
90 - ORE Score Grand Master (SGM)

Ok i am in but snug your scoring system is messed up checkmate should be weighted much higher and resignation should be weighted lower as resignation is the more honorable method of losing if you know you are going to win
I suggest looking into chess.coms rating scale
