Synced IRC Chat

A few days ago, during the server's derp period (with Mort's internet and all), IRC appeared to unsync from the ORE chat. I just realized that now, but does anyone know what's up with that? Seems it would be a pretty easy fix.

The last time that i logged in i reset the IRC for the servers and it should have been alright after that.
