Lonnon's Builder Status

Now, I know that often new builders do not understand how to do certain things that their privileges allow, but I don't think that he has a good enough knowledge on how to responsibly use what is given to him. I am not saying that we all have not had out moments with world edit (Myself definitly included) But could students/new builders please learn how to use it properly before they trial? Its not even that hard to install.
