staff elections

-Some people get nominated and elected
-Very active for 1-3 months doing their job
-Staff start visiting less and less
-New staff elections are held
-Repeat


This leads to a buildup of staff
It's hard to demote staff who are "kind of" active

Solid criticism.

I wouldn't blame the newblood staff members for inactivity tho.
