It was originally a weird calculation between post count and thread submission count.

Because of weirdness in the database how some Staff members didn't have stars while others did, I edited things.

Registered users: 2 Stars.
Moderators: 6 Stars.
Veterans: 8 Stars.
Admins: 10 Stars.
