What do you like the most about redstone?: I love to build machines that accomplish certain tasks, like my random maze generator. Redstone projects are nice because they're similar to math problems. There are many ways of arriving at the same answer, some being more difficult than others, and some being more creative than others. It depends on who interprets the problem. In the end, it benefits to look at all the strategies to better your knowledge of the subject and sometimes other people influence your future builds/solutions to problems.
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: I'm in the process of making a computer. I have the ALU and the registers finished. I also have the RAM finished.
What does it do?: It computes stuff. It will be able to execute commands like multiplication division, square rooting. And I plan for it to be able to graph polynomial functions and maybe do trig with CORDIC.

Do you agree with the rules?: Yes, of course.
