Build and School appear to be down

They have both been very unstable for the past few days, and it appears now (7/11/2014 12:00ET) that both build and school are currently down.

Yes, there will be an announcement explaining the situation soon, but basically, it appears the school's physical server is powered off and build needs some attention. I'll leave specifics for the announcement.
