What is your in game name (IGN)?

Why do you want to learn how to use redstone?
~ I used to be a member of the RDF and have not used redstone in a long time. Recently I've done a lot of work with logic gates and memory components on a program called Logisim and managed to make a CPU running on Benny's SRCIS16 operating at Level 4, Branch 3, Mode 3 with some slight variations (I can send Screensots or files of my work if you would like). I know a lot about basic redstone and binary arithmetic but know little about compacting and taking shortcuts due to new mechanics.
What is a reasonable goal that you would like to achieve?
~ Be able to compact my designs and also make either an index (y^x) circuit (i already know the logic but my way would take up the best part of 16 chunks XD) or a compact Binary to BCD converter of my own design (worked out how to make one in Logisim this morning)
Do you agree to the rules outlined above?
~ Yeah
