Minecraft name: brynblack
What do you like the most about redstone?: I love the way redstone contrasts on how circuitry behaves in reality and how it can me manipulated with ease to conduct set tasks and do amazing things.
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: A 4-Bit Calculator (With Logic functions, addition, subtraction, decoders, alu, etc).
What does the thing do?: It can add or subtract two (or more) integers together. It displays the output on two gpus: One is for raw binary, and the other is decimal. It also supports logic functions eg. xor. The alu utilises Carry Look Ahead Logic (or CLA). This allows the calculator to calculate faster than the standard Ripple Carry Adder (or RCA).
Image/s and/or video/s of the device, from imgur.com or youtube.com: https://imgur.com/a/TYLl2nI
What do you plan on making for your build trial?: An alu.
Do you agree with the rules?: I solemnly agree with the rules.
