2 tick serial hex to binary

I just made a hex to binary decoder that works with 2 ticks serial inputs. it has an overall delay of 15 ticks....

So is it serial input to parallel output, and when you say it takes 15 ticks, does it require a 15 tick pause between inputs or does it just take 15 ticks to process but can be fed continous signals. looks neat.

it takes 15 ticks to process but can take in a signal every 2 ticks and yes, it is serial to parallel output
