So supposing you have pretty good decoders, I am not sure if what I am going to say is possible but, make a full adder completely out of decoders. Which would have inputs: A, B, Cout and outputs Sum Cin. (Ofcourse 
) and than just hook up to carry outs / carry ins. Is that ready what you are doing? Since you could have a cell based DLA, and like a giant all-possible-combinations adder.
