Well, this does use an adder with inverters, so it's technically good enough to get you a trial. However, I would recommend that you learn about other ALU functions (You've already built all of the parts you would need for an ALU) such as the basic boolean functions. I'll still approve this if you want, but you're more likely to get accepted if you can do boolean functions for what you build in your trial.
