No more Freebuild on school

You should make 2 ranks. Visitor, anyone who just joined and can tp and explore, and Guest, people who have agreed to the rules and can build in Freebuild.

Also a good idea, yet if we give someone permission to build in freebuild, they will be able to build on the rest of the server as well, because of a small bug. Plus, what I've said about the previous suggestion can be applied here too.
