This is completely respectable but i do have one thing with it. What if we made a thing where you could give a visitor a rank until you logged off the server? that would be something worth considering. Only administrators and Teachers could give this rank to people Prior to being approved by an administrator. It would also limit them to a certain plot that is used for teaching purposes that can be cleared just encase they decide its time to grief everybody with that ability to interact with the blocks around them.
this is just a thought thinking it is helpful to be able to build along side your teacher in certain scenarios.

That's a good idea, but for the time being the Utils plugin is being recoded, and we shouldnt be adding functionality to it right now.
