Minecraft (and everywhere else on the internet) name: vrkiller
What do you like the most about redstone?:
This may sound some-what absurd. But i really like the idea that you're now starting to see possible modifications to a games gameplay within it's gameplay. In theory you could build the same computers out in minecraft as you can in the real world. I really like that idea, to make something within something.
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?:
If you know a little about real computational systems, you learned quite more about redstone that you actually think. That's the idea.
I have never really made a sophisticated computer in minecraft. But i know about flip flops, gates, memory, ALU...
I have currently not done anything in minecraft that can proof my skills.
I have tho some videos, where i've made digital circuits in the real world:
here (don't bother watching it. It is in Danish)
It's basically a simple counter you can adjust the time, when the counter reaches 0 it lights a LED for x amount of time which you also can adjust.
i used a pic (Programmable integrated circuit) to make it. I did not however use multiplex technique for the 7-segment display wich i regret.
I would like to join this server because i want to be together with creative people, and show my stuff to other people (:
Hope i get accepted
