A four bit accumaltor.
it has the following functions.
Add
Sub
Load
Inc
Dec
Shift rt
Shift left
Right now it does not have the box around it because I have to go and I won't be back till after 2 pm. But I will add pics and dementions when I get back.

Okay. Its 48 by 30 by 18 blocks.. it works at about 7 ticks I think.

Yes.. Its a special type of register.
