btw, i will be doing multiple count types and in those types will also include those self votes and those non self votes. which is why i used 4, not 3. (fixed all related typos) so i can always have a top 3, excluding the person himself

been busy as hell recently xD most of the time i was on i was building, and people kept bitching about the way to count the votes.
