If you selected prompt 5, what is the prompt that you have designed: a counter using a piston tape hooked up to a 7 segment display, this works because redstone current cannot travel through transparent blocks, (used in decoder)
Please provide an explanation of your device: a piston tape that is 7 long ( 1 for each segment) number(segments) are stored using solid/non-solid blocks(glass)
