2x4x16 Dual read Peater lock registers

Hey, Nickster was showing me his 2 wide repeater lock RAM design and I decided to use my knowledge of Dual Read to make Them Dual Read. !!! yay. (unfortanitly it uses pistons for the read.)

The Pictures attached show 2 4 Bit registers.
