Can I replace the Clock at Spawn?

I may be wrong but I think I remember hearing somewhere that a volunteer is needed to fix the clock at the spawn area. I'd like to offer, but if there's someone else who already has one, or who would rather do it that's fine.

Maybe it was just deactivated because of lag issues, but I was never sure what exactly happened. Just wanted to throw that idea out there, let me know!

Some block drops, probably associated with someone disabling it incorrectly. It works again, just start the clock ;3
