Change Petitioned For: Sadie_dog's rank to be shifted to HopeWarrior
Reasons for change: HopeWarrior was my alt, and is now my main, and I no longer have access to Sadie_dog (very complicated)
Reasons for no change (optional but recommended): Lack of faith in me as a builder (i would totally understand...)

This really isn't a petition thing. We'd already do it either way.

All you have to do is the following:
Use your original forum account, locate your builder app, post on it saying you want you rank transferred to the new account, stating your new IGN. Link it to a staff member, they will derank old account and promote new account
