On the quest to find speedy BK cells

Im looking for an 1-tick Brent Kung cell. Nobody has one when i'm online, so i thought why not just post it here. Also, im very interested into the technique being used to get 1 tick AND gates, or am i just completely wrong with this and isnt this possible (solid state) >.>

Invert the necessary things (use NANDs instead of ANDs), and isn't it automatically 1 tick?
