Decoder for a 1x1 pixel display, with a cursor

I'm going to use this for 3x5 letters, along with a 1x1 pixel display 0ptimo showed me. I may retire my word processor once i get it fixed and make a rom for this. It uses 5 sets of Octal per character.

Fuck that, take this and go make yer own! Lol but really, what else is needed to make this besides a specialized rom and some bussing wires? Unless you've got a 1x1 pixel display to hook up to it, and if you do, then sure I'll collaborate on it.
