This smells of highschool geometry problem. Here's a hint: What defines that angle? The 12 long line, the right angle, and specifically the circle's tangent. Investigate from there and you'll get the answer.
If you're a lazy bastard, here's a (I think fairly plain) hint: Last resort! Don't ruin the sport . :3
