729 bit shulker box item-based ROM
specs:
27^2=729 bit capacity
footprint: 7x9x11
output: continuous 1b/0.4s (~5 min(!)), no gap
pre-browseable
supports variable amounts of data per shulker box
currently no pause function
currently only manually writeable, but my previous 27-bit memory has a suiteable writing mechanism
works using stackable vs non-stackable items in shulker boxes

in this test world, I only filled four shulker boxes with just 9 items each, but it makes for a good showcase of the seamless transition from one box to the other. Also includes a cart launcher with an additional +1.5 block reach.
