Just got it working. That big blue platform is for controlling it. I can read and write to any of the 16 addresses on the platter. Unfortunately reading takes forever (longer than an entire seek cycle) because that green analog bus has to travel across my plot. Next step it to scale up the counter to support 6 bit addressing and to make a 64-bit platter. If all goes well I'll stack them up and multiplex them with added address lines.
