it has two fans blowing in.one for the processor and another for the video card. the PSU vents the hot air from the CPU. The video card vents itself. there's a bit of ducting to get the air to flow where it needs to go. The top 2 layers of bricks are technic to allow heat to rise out. and the part that pops out also is technic for some extra venting.
