First, I'm assuming you want to apply for student, so you are posting in the wrong area. This is the thread link to post in the right area:

Secondly, you are using the wrong format. The format you are using is only for applicants that want to apply for trial on the build server. The SCHOOL format can be found using one of these links:

The second link may be more helpful to you, because it explains what happens in the School server.
