I am using a bit of trickery called multitracking and mixing (the bass parts are done with the 'bass setting' on my Ibanez - tone to 0 and neck pup - and then I lower it down an octave in Audacity.) so I couldn't really play a lot of it live.
I have been playing for 6 years so I would consider myself pretty advanced.
I have a POD HD 300. It has a pitch glide with a range of 4 octaves. I also used a sub-octave fuzz for a sound I designed. When I get around to it, I can share.

I just have the output of my Vox VT20+ modeling amp going straight into my computer with maybe the odd pedal (Phaser, Wah-Wah, Delay) inbetween the amp and the guitar.
