Get a school project onto build?

I've recently been working on a new 8bit CPU project, which some of you may know of already. However, I want to start going back on build some, and I'd like to transfer my CPU from the school to my build plot somehow.

I'm pretty sure I've heard that's possible, but how do I do it?
