you finally made me waste time on this and i still dont know

theres a hash in there but i dont know anything about decryption

"SSBhbSBDaGliaWxs"

its in a text file in a RAR if you change the PNG to RAR

i think its funny that the entirety of the hash in the text file can be read in notepad without changing anything but i didnt understand all the weird characters around it so i couldnt tell.
