Lack of answers - epic_ziver_D - 11-09-2015
I feel as a student on the school server a lack of answers i ask questions about the server and about redstone and for w/e help and its ignored totally i dont even get a no or nothing just no chat... this is really annoying since it halts my progress and make me have to work double

I apologize, I understand your frustration and I will try to pressure others to help a student whenever if they ask them. If you indeed are having trouble. One way to get the attention of others is go on the server they are on and tp to them.

I'd gladly help any student/visitor that genuinely needs help. I think builders, including me, don't because too many are just annoying pricks, but of course this doesn't mean everyone. It's just too many times have visitors/students wasted my time saying they need "help".
But a few tips for wanting builders to help you:
If you find yourself repeating yourself too many times or speaking in allcaps just stop. Try a different time or a different approach.
Also what Pablo said about tp'ing (but don't stand in their way if they are building - this is not well received).
If you do tp to someone and they look busy building something then they are unlikely to help you. See if you can find someone parkouring over their redstone builds who aren't busy.
Generally be nice (but not overly nice). People don't want to help a lil' annoying cunt.

bumps such as this with a relevant comment are not bumps. also if its on the same page as slug said. i understand this thread is kinda pointless but locking a thread for a bump is kinda stupid.
