Staff already can build everywhere. Just make it a rule. cause like if IizR was left on by me, I would want a staff to stop it

It didn't. It was basicly "Just keep them running. They'll freeze after you leave anyway."

Yeah this is a problem. I logged on today and was curious on why build was lagging. I gave up and just did random tid bits and fixing up other things. Turns out IizR was left on... and there was a bit of lag.

I'm against automatically turning clocks off, but if there was a plugin that let people see where there is clock-like activity then that would be good.
e.g. something that tells you when there is redstone active in an unloaded chunk. an admin could just tp and inspect.

Also just to tell you I can still find no proof of Redstone loading chunks...
